1. To provide a supportive system through which students can voice their complaints and concerns.
2. To take proactive measures to address and resolve student grievances in a timely manner.
3. To analyze student complaints and representations, and initiate appropriate corrective or redressal actions in coordination with relevant authorities.
4. To regularly receive, review, and act upon students’ suggestions for academic and institutional improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Grievances arising within a department are to be addressed immediately by the mentors, class coordinators, and heads of departments.
2. Any grievance that remains unresolved at the departmental level shall be forwarded to the institution’s Grievance Redressal Cell for further action.
