GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL

OBJECTIVES

  • 1. To provide a supportive system through which students can voice their complaints and concerns.
  • 2. To take proactive measures to address and resolve student grievances in a timely manner.
  • 3. To analyze student complaints and representations, and initiate appropriate corrective or redressal actions in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • 4. To regularly receive, review, and act upon students’ suggestions for academic and institutional improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1. Grievances arising within a department are to be addressed immediately by the mentors, class coordinators, and heads of departments.
  • 2. Any grievance that remains unresolved at the departmental level shall be forwarded to the institution’s Grievance Redressal Cell for further action.
